Connect Instagram

Prerequisites

Before connecting Instagram to Dialong Chats, make sure you have:

  • An Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator)

Switching to a Professional Account

If your Instagram account is still personal, you need to switch it:

  1. Open Instagram and go to your profile
  2. Tap Settings and privacy
  3. Tap Account type and tools
  4. Tap Switch to professional account
  5. Choose Business or Creator as your profile type
  6. Select a category that best describes your business
  7. Confirm and save your settings

  1. Click the ✚ icon next to Channel

  2. Choose Instagram

    Channel type

  3. Log in to your Instagram account if prompted

  4. Сlick Allow
