Connect Facebook Messenger

Prerequisites

Before connecting Facebook Messenger to Dialong Chats, make sure you have:

• A Facebook Page for your business (personal profiles cannot be used)
• Admin access to that Facebook Page

Tip

If you don’t have a Facebook Page yet, create one at facebook.com/pages/create.

Channel Configuration in Creatio

1. Click the ✚ icon next to Channel

2. Choose Facebook Messenger

   

3. Click Continue with Facebook

4. Log in to your Facebook account if prompted

5. Select the Facebook page (or pages) you want to connect and confirm the permissions

   

6. Click Continue and Save

7. Enter the Name of your channel

Tip

Done! Your Facebook Page is now connected. Messages sent to your Page via Facebook Messenger will appear in Dialong Chats.
