Dialong Chats for Creatio — Application Terms and Conditions

(ver. 1.0, effective as of March 13, 2026)

These Application Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between IT Forge s. r. o., with its registered office in the Slovak Republic (“Developer”), and the Customer acquiring access to the Dialong Chats for Creatio application (“Application”).

These Terms supplement the Creatio Marketplace Application Terms and Conditions where applicable.

By installing, configuring, or otherwise using the Application, the Customer confirms full acceptance of these Terms. If the Customer does not agree, the Customer must immediately cease use of the Application and remove all its components.

1. Definitions

Application — Dialong Chats for Creatio, a software application published on the Creatio Marketplace that enables omnichannel messaging within Creatio CRM.

Creatio Marketplace — Creatio’s online marketplace located at https://marketplace.creatio.com/app/dialong-connector-creatio

Creatio Services — the Creatio CRM platform, governed by the applicable Creatio Agreement available at www.creatio.com/legal.

Developer — IT Forge s. r. o., a company organized under the laws of the Slovak Republic.

Customer — the entity or individual authorized to use the Application under these Terms.

Operator — a named user (agent) within the Customer’s Creatio environment who is authorized to handle customer conversations through the Application.

Message Processing Server — the external server infrastructure operated or designated by the Developer, which routes and processes messages between third‑party messaging channels and the Customer’s Creatio instance.

Messaging Channels — third‑party communication platforms supported by the Application, including Telegram, Viber, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Webchat.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and policies of the respective messaging platforms and for obtaining any necessary consent from end users before sending messages through the Application.

Subscription Period — the period for which the Customer has paid the applicable Subscription Fee.

Subscription Fee — the recurring fee payable by the Customer for the right to use the Application, calculated on a per‑Operator basis.

2. Application Description and Architecture

2.1 The Application provides omnichannel messaging capabilities within Creatio CRM, enabling Operators to manage customer conversations across multiple Messaging Channels from a unified interface.

2.2 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that a substantial part of the Application’s business logic operates outside the Creatio platform, on the Message Processing Server. The Message Processing Server handles message routing, channel integration, and message delivery between Messaging Channels and the Customer’s Creatio instance.

2.3 Proper functioning of the Application requires:

an active Creatio environment with the Application installed
an active internet connection between the Customer’s Creatio instance and the Message Processing Server
valid credentials issued by the Developer
a valid Subscription with the required number of Operators

2.4 The Application integrates with third‑party Messaging Channels. The availability and functionality of these channels are subject to the respective third parties’ terms of service and are outside the Developer’s control.

3. License Grant

Subject to payment of the applicable Subscription Fee and compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants the Customer a non‑exclusive, non‑sublicensable, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Application during the Subscription Period solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes.

The license is limited to the number of Operators for which the Customer has paid the Subscription Fee.

4. Subscription and Fees

The Application is licensed on a per‑Operator basis. The Subscription Fee is calculated by multiplying the per‑Operator rate by the number of licensed Operators.

Subscription terms and pricing are defined in the agreement between the Customer and the Developer, Creatio, or an authorized Sales Partner.

5. Use Restrictions

The Customer shall not:

transfer rights to use the Application to any third party
sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, rent, lease, or share the Application
use the Application beyond the licensed number of Operators
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
attempt unauthorized access to the Message Processing Server
use the Application for unlawful purposes or to distribute malicious content

6. Message Processing Server

Messages exchanged through the Application are routed through the Message Processing Server operated by the Developer.

The Developer will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Message Processing Server.

7. Data Processing

Messages and related metadata may be transmitted through the Message Processing Server in order to deliver messaging functionality.

The Developer processes such data solely for the purpose of providing the Application.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR where applicable.

8. Updates and Support

The Developer may provide updates including bug fixes, security patches, and improvements.

Technical support is provided by the Developer through the support channels listed on the Creatio Marketplace page.

9. Intellectual Property

The Application and related documentation are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Developer.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
