Initial Dialong Chats setup
After installing the app from the Creatio Marketplace, complete the setup by following the steps below.
Step 1 — Find the app in Application Hub
Section titled “Step 1 — Find the app in Application Hub”After the installation is complete, the app will appear in the Application Hub in Creatio.
Step 2 — Add the section to your workplace
Section titled “Step 2 — Add the section to your workplace”In System Designer, open Workplace Setup and add the Dialog chats (Freedom UI) section to your workplace. The section will immediately then appear in the list on the left.
Step 3 — Request a trial token
Section titled “Step 3 — Request a trial token”Open the Dialog chats section and click the configuration button 
to access the Chat Configuration panel. A dialog window will appear where you can request a trial Dialong token. Click “Request trial”, enter your company name and email address, and then click “Send request.” You will receive a trial token. Click “Save” to close the window.

Now go ahead and add your first Operator and connect your first channel to get started.
