Creating a Viber Bot

If You’re Creating a Bot for a New Client

1. Open this link

2. Review the pricing information for Viber chatbots

3. Choose a method to register your Viber bot:

   • Option 1: Submit a form to the Viber team
   • Option 2: Contact a Viber business partner from the list and send your request

   

If You Already Have a Business Account

1. Go to the Viber Admin Panel.

   

2. Select your country and enter the phone number of the Viber user who will be the channel admin

3. Click the Login button

4. Enter the Verification code

5. Click the Next button

   

6. In your account, click Request Bot Account

7. You will be redirected to the page with a form to fill out

8. Review the pricing information for Viber chatbots

9. Fill out the form

10. Click the Submit button
