Creating a Telegram Bot

1. Open Telegram application

2. Enter in the search bar @BotFather

   

3. Click the BotFather

4. Click the Start button

   

5. Click /newbot

   

6. Enter the name you want to give your bot and send it

   

7. Choose a username for your bot

   

8. Click at the token to copy it

   

Tip

Done! Your bot is created.

Another method to find your Token

1. Click /mybots

   

2. Choose your bot from the list

3. Select API Token to copy Token

   

4. You can select other options if needed

Channel Configuration in Creatio

1. Click the ✚ icon next to Channel

2. Choose Telegram

   

3. Enter Name of your channel

4. Enter/paste Telegram Token

5. Click the Save button
